1. Call Your Insurance Company. Contact the claims center of your insurance company and report that you may have hail and wind damage to your roof. 
2. Your Insurance Company will Call you back most likely the following day. Please make sure to let Charlotte Ace Roofing know when your insurance is coming out to your property so that we may go over the scope of work and damages with the Insurance Adjuster when they come out. 
3. Get in touch with Charlotte Ace Roofing.  Contact Charlotte Ace Roofing with the Adjuster Appointment information. Remember, we will not be able to represent you, the homeowner unless we have a contract with you.

4. Next, Schedule Your Repair or Roof Replacement Project.  

Important Notes

Before the roof repair or roof replacement work begins, your insurance company may contact you with questions. Charlotte Ace Roofing contract price may not match the Insurance estimate. Work typically starts within a few days after the materials have been delivered but can take up to two weeks depending on weather and other factors.
Usually 50% deposit & Deductible payment are due prior to delivery of materials.
